Opening hours
Dans chacune des 8 divisions, le greffe est accessible au public tous les jours ouvrables de 8h30 à 12h30, et de 13h30 à 16h00 (confer article 1er de l'AR du 10 août 2001). Dans certaines divisions (Liège, Namur,...) le greffe est subdivisé en deux sections bien distinctes: le greffe A (droit social classique) et le greffe B (règlement collectif de dettes).

Cassation
An appeal to the Court of Cassation, which reviews the application of the law, not the facts.
Against a judgment in last resort, or against the judgment given on appeal.
