Het gedeelte van het grondgebied van de stad Antwerpen begrensd door de middellijnen van de Brouwersvliet (onpare nummers), de Oude-Leeuwenrui (onpare nummers), de Ankerrui (onpare nummers), de Zwedenstraat (pare nummers), de Italiëlei (onpare nummers), de De Keyserlei (onpare nummers), de Pelikaanstraat (pare nummers), de Gemeentestraat (onpare nummers), de Carnotstraat (onpare nummers), de Kerkstraat (onpare nummers), de Pothoekstraat (onpare nummers) en de Schijnpoortweg (onpare nummers) en het gedeelte van het grondgebied van de stad Antwerpen gelegen op de rechteroever van de Schelde ten noorden van een lijn die loopt vanaf de Scheldekaaien en het verlengde vormt van de middellijn van de Brouwersvliet, doch behoudens (1) het gedeelte van het grondgebied van de stad Antwerpen grenzende aan de deelgemeente Merksem van de Stad Antwerpen en omsloten door het Straatsburgdok, Noorderlaan (pare nummers), Ekersesteenweg tot de A12, de A12 tot verkeersknooppunt met de E19, de E19 en behoudens (2) het gedeelte van het grondgebied van de stad Antwerpen tussen de A12 en de deelgemeente Ekeren van de Stad Antwerpen
