Conclusion schedule

A proposed schedule for filing conclusions (art. 747 Judicial Code): the parties in turn, each term from the day after the previous one, then a hearing date. As a calendar, or as text for a letter of agreement to the other lawyer.

The introductory hearing or the day the schedule is agreed. That day is not counted (art. 52).

E.g. 4: defendant, claimant, defendant (synthesis), claimant (synthesis). Each party’s last conclusion is a synthesis conclusion (art. 748bis).

Only a proposal: the court sets the hearing date (art. 747).

Term per round, defendant
Term per round, claimant

The law sets no length: the parties agree or the judge decides (art. 747). One month per round is common practice, not a rule: adjust and check.

Art. 747 §1 Judicial Code: the parties may agree the terms for conclusions and the hearing date; the judge records them. §2: otherwise the judge sets them. A conclusion filed after its term is excluded from the debates ex officio. A term in months runs to the day before the same date (art. 54). Check the current text and the numbering of its paragraphs.

A proposal to check, not advice. Only what the parties agree and the judge records counts.
